In order to provide you with a quality translation service, some informations about you are necessary. When we make a quote and then an invoice, we need precise information about you (first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number), which also includes, as in most cases you represent a company, the name of the company, its registration number, VAT number etc.
Principles of professional identification data protection

The professional information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and for the preparation of invoices. This information is strictly confidential. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. To exercise this right, simply send an e-mail to my attention: bruno.carlier@crosswordstraduction.fr. Bruno Carlier traduction and its associated translators commit not to communicate your information to other third parties without contractual necessity and your prior written agreement. In addition, we have a professional organization and systems (anti-virus, anti-phishing, etc.) to protect our databases, which are continuously updated.
We protect your professional content

Your trust is based on our commitment and ability to protect the information contained in the translations. We guarantee confidentiality and undertake that no information will be communicated to third parties through us or, where appropriate, through subcontracted translators. All translators and proofreaders with whom we work and who come into contact with confidential material are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, committing them to guarantee the protection of access to and dissemination of your information, even after the end of the collaboration. The originals will be returned to you upon written request.

Every professional translator is subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as any service provider, and to our knowledge, there is no example of confidentiality not respected in the annals of professional translation. Nevertheless, I will sign your own confidentiality agreements at your request.

Consequently, it is your sole responsibility to inform us, before or at the time of ordering, of the means of transfer you wish to be used in order to guarantee the confidentiality of any sensitive information.
